as people go about their normal lives every once i a while there is a big storm and i every storm there is some one bound to get hit by lighting. electrocuting them so much they have electricity flowing out of them for the rest of their life. these people a normally captured and used to power the city. this is a story of one who got away and harnessing his electrical powers to escape the power companies.
maybe a bit big for a short but i still like this idea so i am writing it down anyways.
